Dear Sisters and Brothers,
On behalf of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation, I have the honor to congratulate you all on the occasion of the blessed Eid ul Fitr Al-Mubarak and wish that these holy days lead to unity, solidarity and brotherhood in the entire Islamic World.
During the Holy Month of Ramadan hundreds of millions of Muslims worldwide fasted from dawn to dusk and offered up their prayers to attain righteousness, peace and prosperity for our families, loved ones and the Ummah at large as well as to be worthy of Allah’s mercy, forgiveness and salvation from the wretched path.
While the values of peace, forgiveness, sharing and solidarity advocated by Islam are recalled on this holy occasion, let us not forget the poor and needy, with acts of kindness and generosity and raise our duas for solidarity of the whole Ummah and peace of the humanity. Let us not forget those under occupation and those continue to suffer from conflicts, struggling against injustice, terror and sectarian hatred.
On this special occasion ICYF-DC is renewing its commitment to Muslim Youth to spear no efforts in continuing to educate and empower our youth to stand strong and resourceful in confronting challenges of wars, inter-sectarian schism, Islamophobia and under-development and making the future Ramadans of Ummah brighter.
Greeting all our Members, supporters and friends with Eid, I wish all of you the best of health, happiness, peace, prosperity; descent future – for our youth; and true solidarity and unity – for the whole Ummah.
